HOW TO SEND YOUR PHOTOS FOR PRINTINGTo prepare your prints with all the care they deserve, just follow the steps below:
1. Go to our Photo Upload page. Click the link to open the upload form:
2. On the form, please enter:
Your name
Your email
Your order number (you can find this number in your order confirmation email.)3. Upload your photos. Use the upload field to select your images. You can upload multiple photos at once.
4. Click “Submit”. That’s it!
As soon as we receive your photos, we’ll start preparing your prints. Your order will be mailed to you with lots of care and love.
- Once your order is placed, production and shipping will take between 1 to 5 business days.
- Tracking numbers are available for purchases over CA$100.
- Delivery: Once items have been dispatched the approximate arrival time is 3 - 5 days for Canada and approximate 14 - 16 days to other locations, often sooner.
- You have a period of 14 days, from the moment you receive our decals, to return the product.
- To return a product, you must first contact us using the email "pallomatomaz@gmail.com", entering your name, order number and date.
- The reshipment of a new product will be processed upon receiving a photo of the item delivered to the customer. Additionally, we kindly request the original product to be returned to proceed with the resolution.
