• Once your order is placed, production and shipping will take between 1 to 5 business days.
•  Tracking numbers are available for purchases over CA$100.
• Delivery: Once items have been dispatched the approximate arrival time is 3 - 5 days for Canada and approximate 14 - 16 days to other locations, often sooner.

• You have a period of 14 days, from the moment you receive our decals, to return the product.
• To return a product, you must first contact us using the email "pallomatomaz@gmail.com", entering your name, order number and date.
• The reshipment of a new product will be processed upon receiving a photo of the item delivered to the customer. Additionally, we kindly request the original product to be returned to proceed with the resolution.
